Overview

Running IGV

First you will need to start a visualisation session on Balena's visualisation nodes, see Getting Started#VisualisationGuide.

Once you have you desktop, open a terminal by selecting the Applications menu -> System Tools -> Terminal.

Use the modules command to load the IGV software environment and to launch IGV prefix this with the 'vglrun' command to capture any OpenGL graphics. 

$ module load igv/2.4.3
$ vglrun igv
