(academic): some people were using e.g. @RaynerSimpson to reply to posts. This doesn't automatically pin a response to a post
We should ask participants to read instructions for panellists clearly before (and if necessary during) sessions.
(admin): I don’t know if we need so many staff online. It’s good to have the Directors of Studies but they don’t specifically get asked questions which the support team can’t answer
The session was very busy and as academics weren't in the room, their engagement was a bit lower. We should discuss how necessary it is having academics at all.
(admin): It would be nice to have a set text that all panellists use to introduce themselves.
Good idea, we'll introduce that.
There was also a lot of feedback given by the MSc team at the time. This was mostly to do with allocating questions to individuals. This is a limitation of the CoveritLive software.
We should experiment with tags. There are only eight possible, but this may be enough?
