Go to start of metadata
  1. Switch to administration view
  2. Select Link validation
  3. Select internal link validation
  4. Type /deptname into the field, as shown:

    Click OK.
  5. You will then get a broken links report:

    You can click on the red links to open and edit the pages that need fixing.  The grey URIs are the links that are
    broken.

NB - this task is easier if you have access to the Source, and so it is probably better if only maintainers who know HTML carry it out.

Unable to render {include} The included page could not be found.

    Needs a couple of intro sentences explaining exactly that this tool does (and explaining that it will not check links to sites not in the CMS).
