gov.uk has an interesting stance on accessibility, where they don't provide any kind of accessibility statement. They've written about it here.

  • (question) Tabindex (just search form)
  • (question) "Skip to content" link in page (hidden via CSS)
  • (question) Acesskeys used, but poorly defined (1,2,3)
  • (question) Image alt text - some good, some bad
  • (error) No label for form input element in search
  • (error) No link to web accessibility policy/statement
  • (error) BETSIE link to text version of page - MASSIVE SECURITY ISSUE
  • (error) Javascript text resizing tool - requires javascript so not really that accessible
