Aug 2019 Develop an individual or team Wellbeing Action Plan - a practical personalised tool we can all use whether we have a mental health concern or not.

This will help you and/or your team identify what keeps us well at work, what causes us to become unwell, and how to address a mental health problem at work should you be experiencing one.


July 2019 - An Autism Friendly University - watch the whole event here

This event took place at the University in April this year and includes some really interesting sessions on autism in the workplace.
